Rock & Wall Construction Company specializes in building custom homes, vintage restorations and new developments. With more than 28 years in business, Rock & Wall has built and/or renovated more than 250 homes, including landmark properties such as the Wrigley Mansion and the Marshall Field Mansion. Rock & Wall was also one of the original contractors to the Loft developments in the late ‘70s in Chicago. Our work has been featured in Architectural Digest, AIA Magazine, Home Magazine, Chicago magazine and the Chicago Tribune.
As an owner of both residential and commercial property in Chicago, Rock & Wall founder and owner John Krenger also offers experienced home inspection services to help real estate buyers and sellers understand the quality of their real estate investment.
